We are currently seeking a dynamic, highly skilled, and results-driven Maintenance Manager to join our clients thriving Manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all installation, repair, and upkeep operations of our company's facilities. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in Maintenance Management to lead a team of dedicated technicians and ensure our manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program to ensure the optimal performance of all equipment and machinery.
2. Oversee and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency in all operations.
3. Lead and manage the maintenance team, fostering a culture of teamwork, continuous learning, and excellence.
4. Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and resolve issues promptly.
5. Manage the repair and replacement of machinery and equipment, minimizing downtime and ensuring continuity of operations.
6. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate and schedule maintenance activities.
7. Develop and implement strategies for improving operational efficiency and process improvement.
8. Manage and oversee project implementation, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
9. Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations, as well as adherence to HACCP standards.
10. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the latest maintenance best practices and concepts.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance management role within the manufacturing industry.
3. Proficient knowledge of HACCP, pneumatics, preventive maintenance, facility management, project management, budgeting, team leadership, welding, hydraulics, and PLC programming.
4. Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and developing a high-performing team.
5. Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
6. Solid understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, as well as PLC programming.
7. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement.
8. Strong budgeting skills with a focus on cost reduction and efficiency.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
10. Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification is a plus.
