Job Details- Manage and review all tax work for a portfolio of small clients (<$500K individual income or businesses <$1–2M revenue)
- Advise clients proactively and ensure high quality service delivery
- Review returns, perform select preparation work, and sign off as the licensed CPA
- Develop and mentor junior staff performing foundational tax work
- Free up partner-level capacity by independently owning the workflow for this client group
